Hillside Highland Farm

Hillside Highland Farm raises Scottish highland cattle in Elmira, NY, in Chemung County and the Southern Tier near Binghamton. The farm is owned by Stanley Oparil, III, who has been breeding Scottish highland cattle for more than ten years with an emphasis on lineage and sound conformation.
