Lucky Pennie Farms
Lucky Pennie Farms is a boutique cattle farm in Townville, SC, with Highland and Highpark cattle in Anderson County and the Upstate near Greenville. The farm sells cattle and offers boutique cattle ownership for people who want to bring cows home.
Alongside sales, Lucky Pennie Farms offers guided cow cuddling sessions, seasonal farm events and mobile events. Photographers can book rustic shoots with the Highland and Highpark cows against the farm's open pastures. Visits are by appointment only. The farm describes its approach in three ideas: slowing down, connection and gentleness.
Townville sits in a rural part of South Carolina where pastures, small farms and wooded hills share the landscape near Lake Hartwell. Cattle are herd animals that do well with steady routines, room to graze, fresh water and regular contact with the people who keep them. Anyone thinking about cattle ownership in the Upstate will find a farming community nearby, with a long tradition of keeping livestock across the region's rolling countryside.
