RCM Miniature Cattle Company

RCM Miniature Cattle Company raises miniature White Park, miniature HighPark, miniature belted Galloway and miniature Highland cattle in Collbran, CO. The ranch sits in Mesa County on Colorado's Western Slope near Grand Junction, surrounded by the Grand Mesa Flat Tops.

The operation is a 200-acre working cattle ranch. Its herd includes more than 200 breeding-age females and 20 breeding bulls, and most of those bulls were raised on the ranch. Calves are offered from spring and fall calving seasons, and the ranch also keeps Valley-Doll sheep alongside its cattle.

Collbran is a small mountain town in a valley with open country, ranch land and high mesas nearby. Cattle have long been part of life in this corner of the state. Like all cattle, they need steady access to forage, clean water and suitable space. For anyone interested in smaller cattle breeds on the Western Slope, RCM Miniature Cattle Company is a working ranch rooted in the Collbran area.
