Reigns Ranch

Reigns Ranch raises fainting (Myotonic) goats in Clear Lake, MN, Sherburne County and Central Minnesota near St. Cloud. Rebecca Kalstad has worked with these goats for several years and follows guidelines from the American Goat Society for health testing, formal disbudding, and pedigree tracking.

All does and bucks receive annual veterinary exams, vaccinations, and fecal screenings to support herd health. Kids stay with their dams on pasture rotational grazing until weaning, with daily handling to build comfort around people. Housing includes insulated barns and shade shelters, and animals move freely between stalls and paddocks.

This season’s kids trace to bloodlines noted for sturdy conformation and gentle temperaments. The farm’s rolling pastures and wooded groves provide varied terrain that supports natural browsing behaviors throughout the year.
