Seaside breeds percheron horses in Melfa, VA, in Accomack County and the Eastern Shore near Norfolk. It is owned by Larry Langford and Valerie Langford, who have raised percheron horses for over a decade and maintain memberships in national draft horse associations and regional equestrian clubs.
