Whetstone Prairie Sheep Ranch, Soay sheep in Williamsburg, MO, is situated in Franklin County near St. Louis. The ranch has been breeding Soay sheep for more than ten years, adhering to American Sheep Industry Association guidelines and routine health testing for parasites and hoof care. Lambs graze rotationally on native grasses and receive daily handling to promote gentle temperaments, and ewes calve on open pasture in spring.
