Volz Farms

Volz Farms is home to Simmental cattle in Elmore, MN, Faribault County and the Minnesota River Valley near Mankato. The family operation has raised Simmental cattle for more than thirty years, is a member of the American Simmental Association, and maintains registry records and routine health testing for each animal.

Turned out to pasture on gently rolling fields, the herd receives daily hands-on care and regular veterinary checks. Calves grow up in a relaxed barn environment where they learn to socialize before moving to open range.
