Thai Blue Point cats are Thai-type colorpoint cats with blue-gray points instead of the darker seal points many people first associate with Siamese ancestry. The body is pale, the eyes are blue, and the ears, face, legs, and tail carry a cooler slate or blue tone created by dilution genetics. The cat should still read as Thai in structure: moderate, balanced, and less extreme than many modern Siamese show lines.
Care is the same as for other Thai cats, but color identification matters for breeders and records. Point color can deepen with age and cooler body areas, so kitten photographs may not show the adult shade clearly. Breeders track color inheritance, registration language, and outcross rules where applicable.
