Cubaris Isopod
Cubaris spp.
This entry groups isopods kept under Cubaris trade names whose species is undescribed or unconfirmed, including Rubber Ducky. These domed woodlice can roll into a ball, but the different named forms do not necessarily belong to one species or share one set of care requirements. Colonies need decaying leaves and wood, calcium, ventilation and sheltered moisture appropriate to the line. Females release live young from a brood pouch. Cubaris murina has its own entry, where its Papaya morph belongs.
