Mega Glowspot Roach
Lucihormetica grossei
The mega glowspot roach is a large Lucihormetica maintained by specialist breeders. Mature males are particularly broad-bodied, and adults are larger than the common glowspot and warty glowspot roaches. It digs substantial burrows but also emerges to forage. Colonies need deep organic substrate, a moist retreat, ventilation and varied food, with heavy furnishings secured against undermining. Females retain their egg cases and release live young. Adults climb, so the enclosure needs a tight lid.
