Thai Golden Fringe Tarantula

The Thai golden fringe tarantula is a Thai burrowing species whose brown legs carry conspicuous golden-orange fringes. It spends much of its time in a silk-lined retreat and is suited to experienced keepers. Provide a secure, ventilated enclosure with deep, moisture-retaining substrate and drinking water, keeping the substrate damp rather than saturated. Feed appropriately sized insects and avoid handling this fast, defensive spider. Females lay eggs in a silk sac.
