Typhoon
Typhoon leopard geckos are Rainwater Albino and Eclipse combination animals, usually showing albino coloration with red, ruby, or partially eclipse eyes. They occupy a similar visual category to RAPTOR and Radar geckos, but the albino strain is different. In Typhoons, the Rainwater Albino base matters because it determines how the genetics should be paired and described. Body color may be pale yellow, pinkish, lavender, or warmer depending on the lines involved.
Typhoons are kept like other leopard geckos, with practical attention to low-stress lighting, secure hides, and normal insect-based feeding. The main management issue is documentation. A red-eyed albino gecko is not automatically a Typhoon, so breeders should know whether the animal is Rainwater-based and eclipse-proven. Buyers should ask for parent information when breeding is planned. For pet homes, the label is less important than a clear-eyed gecko that feeds consistently and handles routine care well.
